Brief:Front counters upgrade
Info:A refresher upgrade of front counter
surfaces using Corian® tops from Dupont. Associated works included new
black & white glass with signal red, stainless steel channels, angles
and skirting.
The works was carried out after hours for minimum disruption
on store operations.
Corian® was chosen for its durability, aesthetic
appearance, and warmth. It is also flexible with no open joins achieving
the smooth final shape appropriate for this particular installation.

Brief:De-fit of ex Urban store
Info:On commencing of works, site induction took place and the surrounding area was safety prepared; necessary for work to proceed in earnest.
We identified and isolated building services, from electricity and water as well as fire and mechanical services.
This particular defit required the demolition of walls, the dismantling of a solid steel staircase leading to a 2nd level as well as support metal structure beams.
Collective demolition debris was removed offsite.
Other make good building works included wall building, gyprocking and air-conditioning.

Info:A rapid response upgrade works was
carried out on lights at various levels of the carpark, including emergency
lighting. Lighting levels throughout the carpark was increased to give
a higher light output for the same wattage lamps used.
Citipark is suitably
located next to Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay, Sydney Aquarium, Queen Victoria
Building and Darling Park.

Info: To keep car park operations as smooth as possible, the electrical
and lighting maintenance works was undergone after hours. Following
a comprehensive lighting inspection, various upgrade & replace works was
carried out on tube holders, ballasts and light tubes.
The level of activities associated
with the Sydney Opera House and its surrounding areas incur much demand
on an already busy carpark. It already experience high volume activities
serving visitors and residents of East Circular Quay and Macquarie
Street.

Info:Preparation works and repairs undertaken
on dislodged beams including the dismantling of old post brackets and
replacing with new galvanised material affixed onto the concrete pillar.

hot dipped galvanised fasteners and dynabolts will afford the necessary
protection from corrosion thus ensuring that the maximum service life

Info:Revamp painting surfaces for the entire
car park and upgrade all lighting to Tri-phosophorous daylight tubes.
Also intense maintenance work and high-pressured degreasing followed by a complete machine scrub was carried out on grease affected ground surfaces as well as the entire car park grounds.
Wilson Parking's P155 is conveniently located next door to Sydney's most visited destinations; Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Museum of Contemporary Art and the Botanical Gardens. Even the Queen Victoria Building and the many CBD shops are just a 20 minutes walk.

Brief:Handicap parking bays refurbishment
Info:Vegagroup was recently engaged for
the refurbishment of the handicap parking bays at the Goulburn St.
Parking Station. Due to the level of traffic at this parking station,
the works were carried out after hours with total compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Goulburn Street Parking Station serves a number of city highlights
like Hyde Park, the Anzac Memorial, World Square, Sydney Dental Hospital,
Capitol Theatre, Chinatown, Central Station, Downing Centre, Family
Law Courts etc.
For mobility limited persons being dropped off or picked
up in the City, Goulburn Street Parking Station is ideal if you need
comfortable parking 7 days a week (Situated at the corner of Goulburn
