Project
management plan in detail
Due
to the broad services we
have offered over the years, and the various clients we've
engaged with, our experience with diverse workplace scenarios
bolstered our commitment towards documenting procedures supporting
numerous contract requirements.
Vegagroup identified six areas to project management planning, presented
as follows:
 Quality management
The
first concern is the drive towards a consistent delivery of quality services.
 Communications management
We
keep the channels open between all who are involved via regular
team briefs and meetings.
 On-site communication
 External communication
 Communication with subcontractors
Community liaison
Complaints
 Safety management
Our
safety management plan identifies and quantifies the hazards associated with
works. We issue control measures to be implemented to ensure that our clients,
our people, our contractors and the general public are adequately protected
from risk of injury or illness.
 Statement of responsibilities
 Occupational health and safety training
 Incident management
Hazard identification and risk control
Safe work method statements
Site safety rules
 Environmental management
Our
Environmental management policy deals with the need for environmental safeguards & the
adoption of environmental sensitive work practices. We developed this policy
in agreement with the current environmental regulatory requirements.
Whilst an environmentally sensitive area is identified in the course of a project, Vegagroup ensures that the appropriate environmental protection measures are implemented to eliminate or curb the potential risks.
 Project records
For a bilateral project assessment and cross-reference between our clients and our project manager, the records and notes generated as works progress are filed in project records for availability.
