Vegagroup was engaged by the client to refresh and upgrade a loading dock at Sydney Airport to improve the safety for pedestrians and vehicular movement by building new footpaths, removing old footpaths, new line marking layout, new signage, installation of safety hand rails and crash barriers etc. all while undertaking works within a live loading dock and not impacting on the loading docks operations. Pedestrian and vehicle access had to be maintained at all times so a strict traffic management plan was put in place to ensure this.
