Our Project Management Plan addresses the quality, OHS and environmental specifications expected by each one of our clients, in various circumstances. Everyone at Vegagroup is held accountable for this process and its workflow.

We focus on what matters

Quality management

Our management team constantly drive towards ensuring our team deliver consistent quality services. We do this by ensuring each project is assigned with a team leader to ensure quality control. Our network of esteemed managers ensure seamless results with quality interactions both internally and externally.

Communications management

Regular team briefs and meetings are conducted to ensure all parties are on the same page. This includes:

  • On-site communication

  • External communication

  • Communication with subcontractors

  • Community liaison

  • Complaints

Safety management

Our safety management plan identifies and quantifies the hazards associated with works. Our management plans are in-line with Cm3 recommendations to ensure we’re minimising risk from the start of the project.

  • We issue control measures to be implemented to ensure that our clients, our people, our contractors, and the general public are adequately protected from the risk of injury or illness.

  • Statement of responsibilities

  • Occupational health and safety training

  • Incident management

  • Hazard identification and risk control

  • Safe work method statements

  • Site safety rules

We’re Cm3 certified

The Cm3 process stays up to date with changing regulations and legal requirements, giving you confidence that your risk is being minimised by the industry's leading experts.

Environmental management

Our Environmental management policy deals with the need for environmental safeguards & the adoption of environmentally sensitive work practices. We developed this policy in agreement with the current environmental regulatory requirements.

Whilst an environmentally sensitive area is identified in the course of a project, Vegagroup ensures that the appropriate environmental protection measures are implemented to eliminate or curb the potential risks.

Project records

For a bilateral project assessment and cross-reference between our clients and our project manager, the records and notes generated as works progress are filed in project records for availability.

Vegagroup also monitors trends and upcoming changes in the construction and maintenance industry. We look out for fading trends and anticipate new service delivery methods to minimize complacency.
